Hello,
I know that I haven't checked in with you for a while but I have been reading your blog. Glad to see that you are all doing well. This looks so delicious! I noticed that you set aside nights for fish. We love fish but have not been buying it because the wild fish from US or countries that you can trust are so expensive. What kind of fish are you getting and where have you found to get good fish. Also, I would love this recipe.
